Coordinated by the Victoria Ballroom Dance Society, this practice is suitable for all levels, from Newcomer to Gold and beyond. Two songs of the same dance type give you an opportunity to practice the five standard dances and the five Latin dances with two West Coast Swing dances providing a break in between. The second hour follows the same format.
