Ballroom Fundamentals Class

Ruslan Wilder will teach various aspects of swing and sway as well as contra body movement focusing on progressive figures for American and International styles, including balance and strengthening exercises as a warm up in each class. All levels are welcome Please use a chair and a medium resistance band for best results during this class.
